Henri started his career in Project Finance in 1986 at CCF and then Crédit Lyonnais. Then he joined Clinvest in 1991 in Private Equity and M&A. From 2002 to 2004, Henri was Director of M&A at CLSA in Hong-Kong. In 2005, Henri joined SocGen Mid-Cap Investment Banking, where he completed many transactions while managing and leading the expansion of the M&A team at the same time.

Henri integrated FDC team in 2017 to develop the BtoB and Tech Services practice.

Henri has been involved in various sell- and buy-side operations, in France and worldwide, both on listed and private companies, with financial or industrial clients in almost every business segment.

Henri graduated from ESSEC.
