Rodolphe Besserve

Rodolphe BESSERVE

Rodolphe joined FdC in December 2022. He is a French ‘Ingenieur’ in Chemistry and has a MSc in finance from the Lyon School of Management. He worked about 10 years as an equity research analyst covering healthcare at Bryan Garnier, Kepler Chevreux and Societe Générale. He then became head of the ECM/M&A activity on the biotech/medtech sector at Societe Générale, where he has made about 60 deals (IPOs, fund raising for listed/non-listed companies, mergers, divestments…). Rodolphe then developed and managed eureKARE, an investment company in the biotech field, for which he rasied 50M€ with international family offices. He is at the inititative, co-founder and sponsor of eureKING, the first healthcare SPAC in France dedicated to biomanufacturing, which raised 150M€ on Euronext in May 2022.


Florence Raveau

Florence RAVEAU

Florence joined FDC in October 2022 as Senior Advisor Education.

After spending 10 years at KPMG where she analyzed the functioning of numerous organizations, she held various operational management positions for 6 years within French and international groups.

Following this, and for nearly 20 years, Florence has launched and specialized in the education sector which fascinates her. Driven by the desire to contribute to the success of students, it develops training offers adapted to the needs of students, while respecting the economic constraints of the sector.

Florence is a graduate of ISC Paris and Paris Dauphine University.

Philippe Cattelat

Philippe CATTELAT

Philippe joins FDC in October 2022. After studying economics and political science at the University of Montpellier, Philippe launched his press and marketing company on the 15/25 market. Following its sale to the Vivendi Group, in 2005, he took over the management of several higher education institutions within OMNES Education (formerly INSEEC).

Since 2021, Philippe advises various higher education groups in France and abroad.

Frédéric COUTANT

Frédéric COUTANT

Frédéric has more than 35 years of experience in key positions in finance within major international groups and corporate and investment banking.

Frédéric began his career in the trading room of Aerospatiale (ancestor of Airbus) then Alcatel. He was then Treasurer of Alcatel and Director of Treasury and Financing of the Publicis group.

He joined FDC in October 2022 after spending 14 years at HSBC where he most recently held the position of co-Head of Global Banking for HSBC Continental Europe (CIB for large European companies).

Frédéric is a graduated of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion completed by a DESS in Corporate Finance and the DECF.

Philippe BONNAVE - Financière de Courcelles

Philippe BONNAVE

Philippe Bonnave was CEO of Bouygues Construction between 2015 and 2021. He was Deputy Managing Director of the same entity between 2010 and 2015 and has also chaired Bouygues Travaux Publics since June 2010. Philippe Bonnave joined Bouygues Construction in 1988 and has managed subsidiaries in France and Europe since then before taking over the management of Bouygues Entreprises France-Europe in 2003.

Philippe graduated from the École Centrale de Lille.

Didier Quillot - Financière de Courcelles

Didier QUILLOT

After studying engineering at the INSA Toulouse, Didier Quillot began his career at Thomson-TSF and Tonna Electronique, then France Telecom, where he became CEO in 2001. In 2006, Didier Quillot was appointed Chairman of Lagardère Active. In 2011, he joined the supervisory board of the investment fund 21 Partners founded by Alessandro Benetton and became Chairman of Coyote System.

Bruno LEPOUTRE SENIOR ADVISOR

Bruno LEPOUTRE

Before joining FDC in 2020, Bruno spent 35 years serving industry, including around 20 managing SME.

First exercising various functions within large groups such as Safran and Valeo, he chose the SME by first developing a medical company, before embarking on the entrepreneurial adventure in 2003, with the acquisition of an aeronautical subcontracting company.

After 15 years of development and transformation, he chose to back it up with an important industrial group. With 25 years of experience in the service of aeronautics, based in the South West of France, he intends to participate with FDC in the consolidation of the sector.

Bruno is an Engineer graduated from Les Arts & Métiers (Icam Lille).

Dominique GUERIT

Dominique joined FDC in 2020 after a 40 years career in the industrial insurance. He fulfills management responsibilities for 10 years in France then another 10 years in the London Market as an executive for a British company and gets back to France to set up from scratch and run for 20 years a German insurer’s local operation.

Dominique intends to bring his expertise and knowledge of the brokers market to contribute to FDC's development in this area.

Dominique graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lille as a chartered engineer.

Philippe BENSUSSAN – Senior Advisor

Philippe BENSUSSAN

Philippe joined FDC end of 2019 as senior advisor. Since beginning of 2018, Philippe has also been advising Investment firms and CEO’s, as consultant or independent board member. He brings to the table his strong experience in hi-tech industry, with a focus on Electronics, Optronics, Defense, Space and Aeronautics. He was previously for 19 years Chairman and CEO of Lynred, a French IR detector manufacturer, which he led the transformation from a SME to a world-leader Mid-Cap company, with sales having been increased 12-fold and with a strong profitability and successful markets – products – technologies diversifications. Armament engineer, he had hold in the previous 19 years diverse positions within the French MOD, the last one as program manager of Earth-observation Helios satellites program.

Philippe graduated from Ecole Polytechnique. He also holds a PhD from MIT in Material Sciences, one from université Paris – Orsay in Physics and an Executive-MBA from HEC.
