Philippe Bonnave and Didier Quillot are joining FDC as Senior Advisors. They will provide the investment bank’s teams and clients with their knowledge of their respective sectors of activity as well as their solid operational expertise.

The simultaneous arrival of these two emblematic executives, each with more than thirty years of experience in their fields of activity and having spent all or part of their careers in large listed groups, demonstrates the attractiveness of the model implemented by the FDC over the last two years. It reflects its desire to continue to develop its M&A activity while strengthening its capacity to provide support within the framework of its Augmented M&A® offering.

“We are very pleased to welcome Philippe and Didier to our FDC Club. Their sectoral skills and their recognised experience in large companies complete our multi-specialist set-up” says Mathieu de Baynast, CEO of FDC.

A graduate of the École Centrale de Lille, Philippe Bonnave was CEO of Bouygues Construction between 2015 and 2021. He was Deputy Managing Director of the same entity between 2010 and 2015, and has also chaired Bouygues Travaux Publics since June 2010. Philippe Bonnave joined Bouygues Construction in 1988 and has managed subsidiaries in France and Europe since then, before taking over the management of Bouygues Entreprises France-Europe in 2003.

After many years with Bouygues, I am eager to embark on this new adventure as an investment banker, and happy to be able to actively participate in the development of Financière de Courcelles, particularly in the construction sectors.”

After studying engineering at the Insa Toulouse, Didier Quillot began his career at Thomson-TSF and Tonna Electronique, then France Telecom, where he became CEO in 2001.
